I’ve been exceptionally busy these last few months. In November my wife, daughter (pictured above), and I went to Florida... I was there for business but after that we checked out Vizcaya, Las Olas Blvd, Mai-Kai, South Beach, The Hindu Temple, Hard Rock, and a lot more. Aside from that I’ve been busy on various side contracts, reclassification for SWS, as well as life in general from Diwali to Lohri to Christmas. Locally in San Fracisco we checked out the Dosa and The Stinking Rose. Dosa is probably the best Indian food I've had in ages and The Stinking Rose is pretty decent too. Lastly, I posted some new articles on meditation at Arya Veda so check them out.

Welcome into the world my daughter Riya Anand. She was born on August 14, 2009 at 6:53pm and is an action-packed lil' ball o' fun. Riya means "flower" and numerology wise people with this name tend to be decisive and good with money. They try to have a balance between the physical and the spiritual worlds. They can often be a successful entrepeneur, and are often striving to reach ever higher goals and positions. Plus people in the U.S can pronounce it easily! Needless to say I took some time off contracts and SWS to help out at home. I'm working with a 3rd Party named SKUForce at work to build an item classificaiton system. It's a pretty huge task but doable.

For our third anniversary my wife and I went to Teatro ZinZanni in San Francisco. The show was excellent and the food was delicious albeit it had small portions. We also went to Monterey Bay Aquarium (pic above) and saw the exhibits, restaurants, and surrounding beach. Aside from that I’ve been busy working on the Bank of America mobile website and some new job related work at Southern.

I've been exceptionally busy working on numerous projects and working late hours. I recently finished up a few projects for ipsh! doing mobile sites for Grey Goose and Bacardi + a touch screen kiosk for State Farm's Billboard Latino Awards. Aside from that my buddies at Dark Hour Studios and I have been finishing up a client Flash presentation for Cisco that Heartwood Studios forked over to us. If that isn't enough we also worked on the website design for Intellect International which provides SaaS. Even with all this work I did manage to squeeze in a few days and nights in Lake Tahoe with my wifey... it was a nice experience. We stayed at Harrah's and it's a pretty decent place. We did find a great little Indian restaurant called Nikki's Chaat Cafe, the food is excellent and I recommend checking it out.

Well I finally took a few weeks out of my busy schedule and redesigned my site, I hope you like it. My old site was nice but was dated... heck I did it in Flash 6! This new one is a bit easier to maintain since it's built with table-less CSS, xhtml, javascript, Flash applets, and light box. Another thing I didn't like about the old one was that I didn't have any space to showcase my drawings, conceptual art, and sculptures. Keep checking back to this page for updates and thanks for visiting.

Above is a picture of my niece and nephews. Just like other kids they celebrated Halloween this year and got some good loot but not as good as years past. I guess the economic slow down hit Halloween too. It was pretty fun. The one thing I don't like about Halloween is how some punk kids don't dress up and go trick or treating. Some kids came in regular school clothes and didn't even bother with a bag. I guess it's understandable if your poor but the dollar store even has a mask you could get.

My wife (Nisha) and I celebrated her birthday and caught the ferry to Sausalito... 'twas great fun. We did some shopping and went to The Spinnaker which is a pretty nice place with a thoughtful wait staff. Last year I took her on the Hornblower and jewelry shopping. Now I have to keep trying to top myself every year!
